Then, the handle is pressed down. Thanks to the precise linear bearing and support on the rim of the basket, the espresso powder is tamped vertically and evenly, regardless of hand movement or arm position. The pressure-regulating tamper provides precise haptic feedback indicating when the set pressure has been reached. Unlike other pressure-regulating tampers, such as the force tamper, the pressure point is clearly defined. This ensures consistent and precise tamping.
